Mk23 Airsoft Suppressor 16mm+

This custom suppressor was designed specifically for the KWA Mk23, but its thread size of 16mm+ (CW) makes it adaptable to other firearms as well. Measuring approximately 18.5cm in length and 3.4~3.5cm in diameter, this suppressor offers a decent size without being too cumbersome. A word of caution: since I had to upscale my print to around 104% due to limitations, exact measurements might not be provided. However, if you possess a high-quality printer that's well-calibrated and set up, you may avoid the need for upscaling. Nevertheless, I strongly advise printing a test model of the outer shell, stopping at approximately 1 cm in height, to ensure a proper fit. Assembly involves combining seven baffles with one endcap and an outer shell. To begin, place the baffles within the tube of the outer shell, ensuring their narrow side faces towards the threaded part (as depicted in the second photo). For optimal alignment, use a stick or long screwdriver to insert the baffles straight into position. Finally, secure the endcap to the outer shell using a hot glue gun, completing the assembly process.
