These must be printed from a flexible material, specifically using Sainsmart TPU. I wasn't impressed with any existing solutions to minimize vibrations and keep the printer stationary, so I designed my own. They are compact in design and work seamlessly with or without the felt pad on the Y-Axis corners. Infill density isn't crucial; mine are set at 30%. The layer height was .15mm, but it will function optimally at .2.
