Mk2 to Mk3 Nozzle Fan Adapter

This is a fusion of the Mk3 cover and the Mk2 cover. I'm missing an enclosure to print ABS, so it's currently in development until someone verifies it. If this works for you, perhaps you can mail me one ;).\n\nThe Mk3 Prusa fan duct has been attached but remains unaltered. I have shared the license under GPL2, just like Prusa.\n\nYou will require some longer screws to secure the cover in place. The top fan hole now utilizes a square nut as well, so make sure you check your spares bag. Sorry it's so thick; the Mk3 design has undergone significant changes.
