Humans designed the Surround Nozzle 2.0 as a replacement that outperforms its predecessor, offering better cooling of the rear and addressing the limitations of the stock nozzle. Benchy image note: Although the surface finish appears unchanged, the stock aft cooled Benchy exhibits noticeable bumps, whereas the Amphi print is smooth but discolored. Benefits: * Compatible with MK2 and MK2s * Fits seamlessly with the 40mm Noctua upgrade brake fan when paired with my Extruder Fan 40mm Adapter * Features high flow ducting both fore and aft * Includes a hotend PEEK slot Drawbacks: * This component weighs approximately 23g, with an additional 30g added by the fan and hardware * Due to its large ducting, it covers a significant portion of printing parts * Observations indicate increased wear on radial fan bearings due to an unusual mount angle; users are advised to secure a high-quality bearing Hardware used: * 3 washers (optional) * 2 x 20mm M3 socket screws for fan mounting * 2 x 8mm M3 socket screws for secure attachment
