The clamps I bought for my 3mm glass were unattractive and appeared unprofessional. After an unsuccessful hour of searching online for alternatives, I decided to design my own custom solution. My concerns involved the PLA part potentially warping due to direct contact with a heated bed from a Prusa Mendel i2 kit (purchased from Mixshop). However, after printing several items, it has worked well so far. To ensure a tight fit, I made the counterpart 2.8mm thick. This design is specifically for my 7 3/4" square glass, measuring 196.8mm, and parametric functions can be incorporated upon request.
