MK2 Ford Fiesta Window Winder Replacement

These are replacement MK2 Ford Fiesta window winders with a rotating knob that's printed right in place. It should easily rotate with just a bit of persuasion after printing. Two versions are available: one with supports and one without. The version without supports has a flatter design, which is probably not as strong once it's fitted compared to the version that requires supports. Take a look at the pictures to see what I mean. The winder fits perfectly on my 1986 Fiesta Popular Plus just like in the pictures. For the non-support version, I used these settings: PLA @ 210c 0.2mm layer height No supports or brim 25% infill For the support version, I used these settings: PLA @ 210c 0.2mm layer height Small brim and supports 25% infill Print Settings: Printer: BQ Hephestos Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 25% How I Designed This I took a photo of the original winder spline, added it as a raster layer with Siemens NX8.5 and then traced it with the spline tool. I used calipers to determine the rest of the dimensions, making some changes to help with printing, like printing the handle part as one solid piece.
