MK2.3 Cable Holder Remix

The original cable holder from Prusa and included with the MK2.3 mod was a bit too wide and prevented the X carriage from hitting the endstop due to the cable ties. This modification removes some bulk from the part, allowing mine to function properly. I'm sharing it in case anyone else encounters this issue. Note: When importing it into Fusion, the file scaled up to 395mm instead of the correct 39.5mm. To fix this, you'll need to adjust your slicer to print at 10% size. If someone knows how to correct this scaling issue, I'll update the file and upload the proper size.
