Having purchased the Bear frame at an ill-timed moment when MK2/2.5 production ceased, I've faced significant challenges in locating a suitable Y tensioner that would deliver a perfectly straight belt path on the bed carriage. This custom design allows for a completely linear belt path provided a Gates Unitta idler is employed at the front of the Y transport and a 16T motor pulley is mounted at the rear.
