I'd suggest printing the pivot at 100% infill. There's not a lot of meat there. I used some mechanics wire I had laying around for the pin, it's right about 2mm diameter. A nail or whatever should work. It works great on my window. I don't know how much tolerance the factory had when putting these things together, so it may or may not work in your truck. I only have the one to test with. I've included the Fusion 360 file incase you need to adjust it.
