thingiverse
Modified to fit seamlessly onto the framework of the Rigidbot, this design allows for smooth filament flow in any direction thanks to a generous upper guide that holds tubing. The addition of Bowden support to the lower arm provides precise guidance for the piece included with the E3D v6. **Instructions** This innovative Extruder is based on a modified version of the popular Rigidbot printer design, accessible at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:245677. To assemble this project, gather the necessary parts: • 1 M3-25 screw • 1 M3-20 screw • 2 M3-10 screws • 2 M3-8 screws • 608ZZ Bearing • MK7 Driver Gear (standard Rigidbot gear) • NEMA 17 stepper motor To ensure precise calibration, I use 53.5 steps for my Z axis movement settings.
