To simplify printing, I desired an extruder featuring bearings without complex overhangs or difficult-to-print segments. The design includes internal bridges within holes and base flanges for ease of assembly. Drilling and trimming are required for finishing touches. Two bearings - 17mm outer diameter with 6.25mm inner diameter and 6mm width, and another one with 9mm inner diameter and 5mm width - are necessary for this extruder. The hinge arm utilizes an M4 screw, as does the bolt passing through the spring. The SketchUp file is provided for modifications or as a template for others to create their own extruders in SketchUp.
