The Mk-4B Launcher, known as the "Arbiter," emerged from the 2022 Advanced Multi-Target Interceptor Platform (A-MTIP). Engineered to fire the RIM-200X missile interceptor and the SAIM-54E "Sea Phoenix" anti-air missile, this launcher is a force to be reckoned with. Equipped with an onboard A-AESA Radar and long-range IRST, the Mk-4B can take down missiles at 85 miles and aircraft at 180-200 miles. The RIM-200X (X13) has a range of 85 miles in ideal weather conditions and cruises at Mach 3.5+. It comes with a 32-pound "flack" warhead that packs an explosive punch within a 22-meter radius. The SAIM-54E Sea Phoenix (X6) boasts a range between 180 and 200 miles in good weather, traveling at Mach 1.5+. This missile is equipped with a massive 380-pound warhead featuring a proximity fuse, making it capable of taking down targets with precision. Additionally, the SAIM-54E can also engage in limited anti-surface attacks against small boats and sensitive equipment.
