I wanted to create something myself, so I could print out the whole handle on my CR-10 knowing I could get it done in one go. That's why I printed the hammer head on my Makergear M2 work 3D Printer - it's just way faster than my other printer. I added a split STL file for the handle to make it easier to print on smaller printers, and included a hole in the middle for a wooden dowel (about 3/4" in diameter and roughly 10.6" long) that you can glue in for extra stability.
