Mjolnir PVC pipe remix
thingiverse
This is a remix of ChaosCoreTech's Mjolnir to be used with a 3/4" (1" outer diameter) PVC pipe. It is about 75% scale of ChaosCoreTech's Mjolnir to print more easily on the bed of an Ender 3 and to make it easier for a kid to use with a costume. You will need to print 9 of the Mjolnir_handle_band.stl file, and one of the rest. Cut about a 15" length of 3/4" PVC pipe and paint it brown. Paint the head of the hammer and, the handle bands, the handle joint, and the cap silver. After everything dries, insert the handle into the head with some glue to keep it in place (I used JB Weld). Then take the bands and carefully affix them one by one an equal distance apart down the handle, which means you will need to line them up and measure them out beforehand to see how much they should be spaced apart. I used a combination of super glue and clear silicone to do this, but I would recommend something else due to the way super glue "fogs" and gets a white sheen to it after drying in some circumstances. Once the bands are in place, I used JB Weld to affix the cap to the bottom.
