Miyoo Mini Gripcase
thingiverse
V2: The model has been updated with a few small changes: - Modified internal geometry and cutouts to accomodate the popular "better shoulder buttons" mod (https://www.etsy.com/listing/1262653257/better-shoulder-buttons-for-miyoo-mini) - Made the edges slightly more rounded while still being able to print reliably as a single half without needing supports - Added a pass-through port for charging while closed - Made the Miyoo sit ~6mm lower in "grip mode" for better access to shoulder buttons - about as low as it can go while still being able to use the volume wheel. - Slightly widened the chamfer and cutouts around the D-pad/button so they don't interfere with external presses as much as before This is a case that doubles as a horizontal grip for the Miyoo Mini handheld gaming console. The case provides protection to the buttons and screen, and allows for you to slide the console in sideways to give you a better overall grip on the device and actually use the shoulder buttons. The fit of the case should securely hold the handheld without sliding or moving around at all in "grip" mode in any orientation, and also fits the console in "case" mode without any wiggling either. There is a cutout on the button to allow for a headphone or charging cable to pass through while being held in "grip" mode. You can use an appropriately sized pin or even a length of filament as the hinge - however it is designed specifically to use a #16- 1-1/4" finish nail as the hinge pins. Any pin that is roughly 1.8mm in diameter should work. Please feel free to print one for personal use.
