I replaced my damaged Mix G1 extruder arm by designing a strengthened alternative using computer-aided design techniques. I successfully fabricated the new arm by printing it in high-quality ABS material with a generous 50% fill rate and four outer shells, probably going overboard but achieving impressive results.
