MixG1 custom pulley M3 nut with nylon
thingiverse
I engineered this pulley for my Mixshop G1 plus printer. This design incorporates a larger diameter where the screw engages to minimize warping when tightening the screw. I favor utilizing an M3 screw over the supplied set-screw. Another modification is the implementation of a M3 nut with the nylon ring. This enhances screw stability and prevents it from backing off. The T5 belt fits this design seamlessly.
