Mixer
thingiverse
I use this tool to mix pool chemicals in a bucket before pouring into my pool. Print Settings Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: .19 Infill: Light Notes: Takes about 4 hours to print. I insert a epoxy rod, a quarter inch in diameter, secured with a stainless steel fastener to withstand chlorine corrosion. I printed this tool using HIPS material and find that it produces a highly energetic vortex when blended into liquids for complete mixing. The hexagonal design allows epoxy to encase the rod securely while printing from the platform bottom without support features needed.
