This 3D model originated from a Sketchup 8 creation, subsequently converted to every other 3D format conceivable. Native file format is .skp; 3ds Max scene specifically crafted for version 2016, then rendered using Vray 3.00 software capabilities. A modest mixed-use building with an exterior cladding made of brick and glass stands tall in this scene. A small grocery store and two boutique shops occupy the first floor's footprint. Meanwhile, the condos facing the main thoroughfare are proportionally smaller than their counterparts along the rear elevation.
