Hi, This is a concept for X/Z carriage components suitable for use with V-slot Cartesian printers. Pair it up with the 2040 profile, Nema 17 stepper motor, wheel, and eccentric spacer. All drilling dimensions are provided: M5 for 2040 and wheels, while M3 is used for Nema 17 stepper and screw nut components - you can choose what works best for your setup. This design accommodates 6mm spacers. To assemble the carriage properly, screws on the 8x8 rods must be mounted with the thinner diameter facing upwards towards the plate's top surface. I haven't had a chance to test these parts yet due to my own 2040 kit being misplaced during recent strikes in France. If someone could test these components and report back on any potential issues, I would greatly appreciate it.
