This can be printed as a replacement for the weak plastic piece that keeps your dial caliper face in place when you zero it out. It was created entirely out of necessity since mine broke. The print is very straightforward and quick. Set it so the hole prints vertically to allow the thumb-screw to pass through cleanly, which also allows for tighter dimensional tolerance in the vertical direction. Print Settings: Printer Brand: Ultimaker Printer: Ultimaker 2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.1 Infill: 50% Notes: I printed with a higher infill to gain more strength since the original one broke easily. It's up to you to make it whatever infill you want. I also printed with a 15 line brim for improved bed adhesion on the Ultimaker 2.
