I needed a battery cover for my older model Mitutoyo Digimatic 500-322 digital calipers, but I couldn't find one anywhere. So, I decided to make my own. This custom-made cover snaps in pretty securely, and it's a perfect fit. However, if you still have the tiny screw that originally held the battery cover in place, you might be able to drill out the nub on this model.
