This archive contains a detailed exterior model with simple interior elements. Each object features the material's name, allowing for easy application or modification of materials. The models are available in multiple formats such as .max (with V-Ray and mental ray materials), .obj (low/med poly mesh versions), .lwo, .xsi, .c4d, .fbx, and .3ds. For the .max format, lighting and render setup are included, but post-production may require adjustments using a provided Photoshop CS6 macro file. In .obj format, two versions of the model are available: one without collapsing after mesh smooth (low/med poly mesh) and another with mesh smooth applied. Simple materials and textures may need manual addition for certain formats. The polycount is 350,000 polygons without meshsmooth and 1,750,000 faces/950,000 polygons when collapsed.
