Mitsubishi G3M "Nell" Card Kit ****************************************** The Mitsubishi G3M was a Japanese medium bomber used from 1935 through the end of WW2. The allied code name was "Nell". It could carry a bomb load of 800 kg or one aerial torpedo. The Nell was replaced in front-line service by the G4M "Betty". The G3M took part in several notable actions, including: * Bombing of Singapore, The Phillipines, Wake Island in the opening battles of the war * sinking of HMS Prince of Wales and HMS Repulse, * attack on Darwin, Australia * torpedoing of USS Chicago. Two versions of the kit are included - wheels up and wheels down. ****************************************** This is an original model by waynemc65.
