This is a straightforward panel mounting setup for a Mitsubishi FR-DU07 "Parameter Unit" / control unit, specifically designed to work with Mitsubishi FR-A700/F700 series transistorized inverters (frequency converters). It provides remote control of one Converter from an operator's panel. The main body consists of two ABS parts printed separately and glued together using acetone. Keep in mind that you should factor in 0.3%...1.5% thermal shrinking when choosing your material. A piece of PCB is taken from an old Ethernet card, along with a RJ-45 connector. The mounting hole is then drilled into this combination. The entire device fits neatly into a ~84x54 mm hole in a metal panel. It works as expected.
