I finally fixed my car key, which was hanging by a thread from the broken part, but it no longer fit on the keyring, so I got creative and designed a sturdy replacement using some basic engineering skills, simply gluing both parts around the key with a strong adhesive, making it incredibly resilient. The photo shows how I added a name to make it more personalized and finished it off with a thick coat of epoxy glue.
