To save $40, I printed two Mitre Slot Bars from Thingiverse user mar363636's design, using orange PLA filament at .28mm layer height with 100% infill and a printing speed of around 40mm/sec. Each featherboard requires a 5/16" countersunk machine screw, a 3/8" washer, and either a 5/16 nut or a female knob for tightening.
