Mitre Gauge T Bar
thingiverse
Cheap and affordable woodworking power tools under $200 always feature a mitre gauge with a slender rod, often equipped with sliding wings that fit snugly into a groove to prevent lifting out of the bar. I grew weary of searching for bar stock to craft custom jigs, so I took matters into my own hands by designing this project myself. Both an STL file and a Fusion archive file F3D are provided here. To begin, open the STL file in a slicer program. If you have Fusion 360 set up as a computer-aided manufacturing interface to your 3D printer or wish to modify the rod, download the F3D file instead. I've specified a bar length of 200mm, which matches my 3D printer's bed size. Feel free to choose any color or filament you prefer for this project.
With this file you will be able to print Mitre Gauge T Bar with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on Mitre Gauge T Bar.
