<p>Mitre box to cut 2020 extrusion using hand hacksaw. Should be useful If you forgot to order the service laser-cutting:)</p><p>Guides should be done from 6 mm steel cylinder. Hardened steel is better and it is possible to use metal drills as temporally solution. There are two versions, one for pure cylinder guides and second for guides with cutted ages (files with "_cylinder" suffix). The first one may be useful if you are going to to use something like a drilling bits. Second one if you able to cut engine of cylinder to increase contact surface (may be a good idea in case of non hardened steel e.g. cheapest bolts).</p><p>There are several options for fixing an extruder. The fist one is using afew M5 bolts + brass knurled inserts (e.g. M5 6x6). Bolt push down the central part of the profile and may leave visible scratches. Maybe not the best option, especially for black extrusions.</p><p>Second option is using M5 bolts + T nuts. Most likely optimal way to cut extrusion without visible scratches.</p>
