If you suspend the Mito Red Light MitoMAX from the top cable connectors, the back mounting brackets will knock into (and scrape/damage) the wall/door it is hanging from. These cover the brass mounts so it protects the surface. I printed in PLA. Another material such as Nylon or TPU might be a better choice. Or perhaps glue a some felt to the back of the protector.
