I came across a picture of a miter sander suitable for balsa wood and other lightweight woods, which sparked my desire to create one that could be 3D printed. To assemble this design, use M3 x 15 screws. It's likely that some minor sanding will be necessary on the sanding block to achieve flatness and a perfect fit. The block should slide effortlessly through the channels.
