Let's face it, the miter slots on the Ryobi Table saw are bad, other than that, great saw for the price. This is a group of files that that help improve the miter track. First off is the miter rails, there is one with the arrow and holes already laid out for the miter gauge that comes with the saw and another that is solid. On my saw these slide easily with no wiggle. There is also a handle that has an inset for a #8 nut. My print bed can only produce 8 inches in length. I like a longer rail so the rails will dovetail together. If you need the design to make a custom rail, here is a onShape link. Print Settings Printer: Monoprice Ultimate Rafts: No Supports: Doesn't Matter Infill: 30% Notes: Its a shop tool, quality doesn't really matter. I printed the handle in the orientation that i planned on using it so that all sides are fairly smooth without sanding. Post-Printing Assembly Multiple tracks can dovetail together to get whatever size you want. I used a #8 3 inch screw epoxied into the bottom of the rail and the corresponding nut epoxied into the handle. Category: Machine Tools
