Miter Fence
thingiverse
Miter fence for my Craftsman table saw - a precision engineering feat. It adjusts seamlessly every 10 degrees, locking securely at the critical 45-degree mark and deviating by a mere +/- 2.5 and 5 degrees from that benchmark. To assemble this marvel, you'll need 1/4-20 bolts (a 2" locking bolt is ideal for center placement), accompanied by a strategically dropped nut within the handle. A crucial note: when positioning the fence at an angle to accommodate the bed, it's essential to avoid the 45-degree setting, as it compromises structural integrity. Instead, opt for 50 degrees or reassess your infill orientation. In my experiment, I opted for an 80% print resolution - a decision that, while not pivotal, still yielded satisfactory results.
