Miter box for US 1-inch PVC pipe (35mm)

This miter box was crafted with precision to cut PVC pipe accurately at US 1-inch internal diameter. I've found that in America, the pipe's inside dimension is what matters, not the measurement on its exterior. The external diameter of this particular pipe measures 33.5mm or approximately 1.3 inches. To cater to a wider audience, I designed another miter box specifically for 1.5-inch PVC pipe, which can be accessed at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3037167. To ensure global compatibility, the width of this box was standardized at 35mm, leaving a small margin when using standard 1-inch pipe. Although this may result in a slight wobble, it's not a significant concern. After all, the cut ends still require sanding to achieve a smooth finish. This miter box is engineered for making straight cuts as well as precise angled cuts at 15°, 30°, and 45°, providing versatility for various DIY projects.
