This is a simple Miter Box designed specifically for making precise 90 degree and 45 degree cuts with Japanese Flush Cut Saws. Those saws feature extremely thin blades that demand narrower slots in a traditional miter box to achieve optimal results, which led me to seek out a solution when I needed to modify a picture frame using this type of saw. My existing miter box proved inadequate for the task at hand. I promptly designed one in FreeCAD and printed it on my TronXY 3D printer to meet my requirements.
