Miter bar for Bosch GTS10J table saw

<p>I designed this miter bar because the one included with the saw has too much play. The aluminium miter slot is 21mm (when new) but will wear down with use and it will wear more at the front than the back.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;</p><h3>Instructions:</h3><ol><li>Print the <strong>test</strong> piece first and see how it fits in your miter slot.&nbsp;</li><li>Measure the width</li><li>Scale on the <strong>X and Y</strong> axis to compensate (both so holes remain circular)</li><li>Print again to test fit</li><li>Once satisfied with the fit load the miter bar file with the desired lenght and scale acordingly and print</li></ol><p>There is also a STEP file if you wish to modify the 3D model to your needs</p><h3>Print parameters:</h3><ul><li>Nozzle 0.6mm</li><li>Layer height 0.3mm</li><li>Layer width 0.62</li><li>Infill 5-10%</li><li>Material: PLA-PETG (PETG is more slippery so it might be a better choice)</li></ul><p>You can use any nozzle, layer height and width combination just make sure to have at least 0.8 - 1.2mm of wall thickness. This is so that the screws dont split the print&nbsp;</p>
