I designed a compact whoop frame intended for printing without supports. The frame weighs 4.96 grams when printed with PLA at a resolution of 0.3mm. To minimize weight, several walls in the top section are only two layers thick, even on a 0.4mm nozzle. The screw holes measure 1.4mm to ensure accurate prints on my FDM printer; however, if your machine is more precise, these may be oversized. You can either heat them with a lighter to shrink them or use a soldering iron (or 3D pen) to join the two frame pieces together. I've noticed that they occasionally detach during crashes. I aimed to create a whoop frame that's both easy to print and performs well, resulting in this design. While I may have pushed it as far as possible, I still have some ideas for alternative designs. If you encounter any breakage, please report the location so I can assess potential weak points and improve the next version. I'd appreciate seeing photos of your printed frames; they inspire me to continue improving my designs.
