Mitchell NC Movie Camera, lens housing

This is a remarkably authentic recreation of a Mitchell NC camera lens from around 1950. The aperture ring and hood section have been cleverly repurposed to restore an actual NC lens that was missing this crucial part (first photo). In contrast, the other sections have been used to showcase a genuine Mitchell NC camera with blanking plates and dummy lenses in place (last photo). Any magnifying lens between 20-23mm diameter can be adapted to complete the "lens". Please note that no actual helicoid is included; instead, the lens's focus movement is achieved through a simple push fit. Additional items included are: Lens turret blanking plates M42 lens to Mitchell NC adapter (for mounting M42 lenses on an NC camera) Mitchell NC lens back cap (version 1 features flexible plastic, while version 2 boasts hard plastic)
