MiSUMi Linear Slide Parts for FTC Robotics
thingiverse
We utilized MiSUMi extruded aluminum for our FTC robot's linear slide built with 3D printed parts during the RESQ season. One linear bearing is inserted between two pieces of MiSUMi extruded aluminum, while another linear bearing is mounted on the side of the linear slide. These bearings lock onto one piece of extruded aluminum and slide into the other. The final components might be useful to you or not. They were positioned at the top and bottom of the slides, leaving a small gap for the ball bearings to prevent the string from coming loose easily. We designed two different lengths because our ball bearings were mounted at inconsistent places.
