This quarter-turn clip, designed for Misumi 2020 extrusion, features a handy design and functional performance without appearing unsightly. After creating four Sketchup versions, the optimal choice is displayed in the photo and has a diameter of 12mm. The printing process involved using Slic3r 0.9.7 and an 0.35mm nozzle. Overhangs in the quarter-turn part needed support during printing, which was cleaned up well with a razor blade and riffle file. Attempts were made with 0.7.2b, but it resulted in poor overhang quality, leading to abandonment of that design. Cooling was kept on, with bridging printed at 60mm/s speed and flow ratio of 0.9. Filing is necessary, but minimal if settings are correct. The 2020 slot width specification is 6.0mm, while all measured slots were 6.2mm; the model utilizes a 6.1mm width.
