A straightforward, gusseted bracket with an easy-to-print design that ensures a secure corner fit. Index protrusions prevent spinning during installation and make it effortless to assemble. Originally available at https://github.com/creuzerm/openscad-projects/tree/master/Misumi%20Extrusion%20Brackets How I Designed This Inspiration The FuseBox CoreXY caught my eye as a source of inspiration. Although I had trouble printing it due to my printer's limitations, the concept stuck with me. This project is created in OpenScad for easy modification and adaptation to fit various 3D printing needs, especially for printers with poor performance. Shallow overhangs eliminate the need for bridging, making support structures unnecessary. Future To further enhance this design, I plan to add more curves to distribute stress evenly throughout the bracket. This will prevent delamination when subjected to excessive force. Suggestions are welcome and encouraged.
