Mistral 2.1a fan duct upgraded (lengthened) now available for the D-bot 3D printer. This latest version is fully compatible with the direct titan extruder mount found on Thingiverse at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1745276. To install, attach the mount to the back of the X carriage in the standard two locations where a fan mount would normally be placed. Next, install the 50 mm blower fan and secure it using the "strap" part held in place with two m3 screws. Finish by attaching the mistral duct part directly to the blower fan. After extensive testing with various fan types, this upgraded Mistral 2.1a fan duct has proven itself to be the best choice for my D-bot. Its compact design also allows for maximum X-Y travel range of the extruder.
