MiSTer top cover with Fan guard

I modified the fan guard to work with spacers over the input/output board. The design comes in two versions, one with a cutout for the I/O board buttons and another without the cutout. Hugocraft initially created this "cover" as an alternative to mounting a fan without an I/O board; his bottom piece is designed to match my top piece.
