I designed just the top piece of this, basing it on the USB SNAC case made by crcross. This fits snug around my HDMI SNAC adapter, and keeps it nice looking as well as protecting from shorts. It snaps together when I pull it out of my printer, and it's a tight fit, so it doesn't need glue or screws. That could just be my printer though. I've included the design files from Fusion 360 to make it easier for people to remix if they'd like. The HDMI SNAC adapter was generously donated by https://misterfpga.co.uk/ in order to get the correct dimensions and do test fits on. I highly recommend their adapters for SNAC.
