MiSTer Ethernet and Console Port Cover

Got tired of looking at the never-used Ethernet and mini USB ports on the front of my MiSTer, so here's a simple print to cover them up. Held in play by tension in the Ethernet port, and shouldn't add any more wear/tear on the port than if you were to leave an Ethernet cable plugged in at all times. Tested on the MiSTer Addons aluminum case, as well as their 3D printed case here on Thingiverse. Should be pretty much universal. Use the original file for the aluminum case, and the larger border file for 3D printed cases.
