By request, I remixed the "MiSTer - Case Universal v5.2 top w/buttons" part to have more of a gap around the buttons to prevent them from being welded firm on printers that require more of an air gap. This version of the top is identical to the original with the exception of the buttons being reduced about 1mm all around to provide more of an air gap during printing.
