MiSTer case (no I/O board)

I didn't get an I/O board for mine, so I remixed the top and ends to not have holes for the I/O board. While I was at it, I widened the hole to let the USB Serial port get a cable plugged into it, and added an enclosure for the board to board USB bridge. I also gathered everything together in one stop shopping. Here are all the changes: DE10_Center_Y_Axis_Both_IO.stl comes from http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3184154 and is used without modification. Bottom_Shell_-_Extended_USB_Bridge.stl comes from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4059606 and is used without modification. Front_Cover_-_Extended_USB_Bridge_covered.stl was originally Front_Cover_-_Extended_USB_Bridge.stl and came from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4059606 and was modified to add a cover for the USB bridge so it's not exposed. Rear_Cover_-_Extended_USB_Bridge_no_IO_Board.stl was originally Rear_Cover_-_Extended_USB_Bridge.stl and came from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4059606 and was modified to block up the holes for the I/O board (VGA and Audio). Main-Top-M_no_IO_Board.stl was originally Main-Top-M.stl from https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3647626 and was modified to block up the holes for the I/O board (switch, SD card, USB, buttons, and light pipes). Feet are my own design, and needed longer screws than those supplied with the board. I used M3 hex head screws, 10mm long. You need to assemble the bottom and USB bridge end, then slide in the board stack (be careful, it's going to only be held together by the USB connector), screw it down (screws go through the feet into the female standoffs) and then slide in the other end plate and finally the top.
