Don't forget to hit the Like-button when you download this model, it would really mean a lot! I designed this vase/jar using Autodesk's free software, 123D Design. I then printed out the 3d-model with my Felix 3.0 (single extruder) 3d-printer using PLA material - no supports needed at all! To secure the feet on the bottom of the model, I used adhesive. Here are some key points: I used Simplify 3D as my slicer software. My printer settings were: - Extruder temperature: 200°C (210°C for the first layer) - Print bed temperature: 60°C - Nozzle diameter: 0.5mm - Layer height: 0.2mm - First layer height: 0.35mm - Infill density: 10% - Number of perimeters: 2 - Perimeter speed: 60 mm/s - Solid fill pattern: rectilinear - Top solid layers: 4 - Bottom solid layers: 3 This is what it took to build this vase: - Layers printed: 508 - Build time: 4 hours and 55 minutes - Total filament length: 27012.4 mm (27.01 meters) - Plastic volume used: 64972.32 mm^3 (64.97 cc) - Weight of plastic used: 81.22 grams (0.18 pounds)
