This printer's file provider also offers printing services for those without a printer, with the cost of a plastic kit, including Wade's Geared Extruder, at €37.50 (available in any color). To place an order, email stormychel@me.com. Shipping costs within Belgium are €6.50, while those within the EU are €13.05 and the rest of the world is €21.75. The MDF version of the printer has seen some improvements: the number of screw holes was reduced to prevent splitting, and a specific 10mm-MDF version with a bottom plate was introduced, transforming it into a boxed frame. On April 28th, an improved wood (MDF, multiplex, etc.) version was added to make the top part even more rigid. Acrylic versions are also available, with shortened top supports by 1mm on April 29th and reduced number of screw holes on April 30th to avoid splitting. The original .cdr file for lasercutting wasn't satisfactory, so the author converted it to .dxf and edited it to include extra supports. Both MDF (10mm thickness, with regular interval screw holes) and Acrylic versions are included. For the MDF version, use a decent wood glue, while for the Acrylic one, superglue or specialized glue is recommended. Both frame versions are accurate to the original design, but have not been tested yet.
