I've taken a shot at designing a backer for the KOTOR vibroblade, tailored specifically for my wooden sword that my buddy crafted. Given its dimensions - 28 inches long from tip to guard and 3/4 inch wide at the spine - the measurements of this accessory are crucial. The bevel/taper on the cutting edge is 0.5 inches deep and starts 1.25 inches down from where it meets the blade, ensuring a seamless fit. This backer should measure approximately 13.75 inches in length to accommodate my unique sword. Please note that your results may vary; feel free to adjust the design as needed to suit your requirements. I've intentionally left some areas open for the paint to showcase different shades, just like the stock image I found online.
